Afternoon Light

One on one Coaching Option

In these sessions we will work directly with you to help you navigate through the difficult transition of overcoming a toxic relationship.

WE will teach you curated information to help you make a permanent shift from powerless over toxic relationships in your life to powerful enough to require healthy relationships going forward in your life.

What is coaching?

Coaches help you identify your current situation.

  • We will walk through your current situation and make sense of, and work on clarity, and acceptance.

We will help you identify what it is you want for your life going forward.

  • We will work on getting crystal clear about what it is you want for your life going forward.

  • Identify boundaries for yourself and others.

  • Make a clear plan to move from where you are today to where you want to be in the near future.

We will define and learn the tools necessary to go after and obtain the life you really want!

  • Coaches are masters of habit change.

  • We have learned many tools and techniques to help you successfully overcome narcissistic abuse from our years of hands on experience and applying these in our own lives (so we know they work, because they are tested and proven, we are walking testaments to that fact).

    • Years of study and research to develop the latest tools and techniques in the industry curated specifically to your personal needs.

Personal one on one support.

  • Sometimes we just want to be heard, validated, and our feelings to matter to someone.

  • A coach is your personal cheerleader and confidant.

  • A support system that will always give you suggestions with your best interest at heart.

  • Many times you develop a true friend. All of my coaches truly care about people and want to help in this specific cause because they themselves have lived it.

Kelly Craig

Codependency Coach, Writer and Cofounder of The Living Well

Kelly Craig , codependency coach, course instructor, and author of Healing From a Loved Ones Addiction.

When a loved one faces addiction, it affects all family members, not just the addict.  We become consumed by their habits, actions, and way of life.  Our first priority becomes how to help them and we put their lives before our own, forgetting the most important thing of all, ourselves!

I have personally lived through family addiction with my mom, dad, brother, and even my own son.  I have found spirituality to be my guide in healing and I will share my survival techniques with you, so when the going is rough, you have the inner strength and tools you need to move forward and empower yourself, because in fact, you are powerless over their addiction.

Each of us are given the gift of life and we are truly blessed to live in this amazing world.  But when our worlds are turned upside down, it is hard to remember who we are and to love ourselves.  Join this group to get the needed assistance means to assist you in healing, strengthening, and focusing on your life while detaching with love.

John Edward Robinson

Toxic Relationship

and

Emotional Intelligence Coach

“John co-hosts our Tuesday Codependency Group as well as our Friday Men’s Group. He has a bachelor’s degree in social work and is now venturing into the world of life coaching after spending nearly 4 years working as an administrative case manager for a community mental health facility. And during the process of earning his degree, he served as an intern for both a group therapy program as well as a probation and parole office.

During his time as a case manager, John encountered a wide variety of cases and clients, including situations that involved issues related to housing, addiction recovery, legal struggles, etc. But what piqued our interest in involving him in our mission was his experience working with both male and female victims, survivors, and even perpetrators of toxic relationships and domestic abuse—as well as his passion for and receptiveness to listening to and advocating for victims and survivors of narcissistic abuse and cyberstalking. When it comes to coaching, John specializes in the areas of emotional intelligence coaching, connection coaching, and a technique he refers to as “advocoaching” that combines his passion for helping clients find their voice with his passion for coaching.

In addition to this, due to his own personal journey, John places strong values on empathy, authenticity, vulnerability, creativity, and cultural competency. He is still currently in the process of training for his ICF credential, but we are happy to have John as part of our team!”

Jessica  Homblette

Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach and Life Coach

Specializes in Safety Escape Plans

My name is Jessica. I am a domestic violence and narcissistic abuse survivor and life coach.

I work with women who are in abusive relationships and feel stuck with no way out. I help them plan their escape and heal from abusive relationships and I help them overcome their fears and stay safe while they discard their abuser.

I help them regain their confidence and reinstall hope for a happy future. The purpose of empowHER, freedom coaching is to empower women to leave abusive relationships and heal from emotional and physical abuse related to domestic violence and narcissistic abuse. Every woman deserves to know how valuable she is, and to feel and be safe in her own life. Many women in abusive relationships have never been loved, never loved themselves, and do not know how much danger they are in. They need to be loved so they can learn to love themselves. If they already knew how amazing they are and how to love themselves, they would already be safe. I became a coach after leaving my narcissistic husband. We were together for 6 years, and 3 of those years were spent with me trying to get out. While I was planning my escape without any guidance or help, my oldest child became the school bully at the age of 5. My goal is to be the person for my clients that I needed while I was still with my abuser. I know that if I had someone willing to walk through the fire with me, I would have gotten out sooner and my children would not have lived a traumatic early childhood.
